Before the guests arrive.
Where do you offer rentals?
We serve Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Tell us your venue address so we can confirm delivery options and costs.
How far ahead should I reserve?
We recommend reserving 1–2 months before your event for the best selection. Need rentals on short notice? We do our best to accommodate rental requests even 1–2 days before the event, subject to equipment availability and delivery scheduling. Requests within five days may incur rush charges.
Is a quote request a confirmed reservation?
No. Submitting a quote request does not confirm a reservation. Your reservation is confirmed when the required 50% deposit is paid. The remaining 50% balance is due at least 48 hours before delivery.
Do you deliver and set up?
Delivery, setup, and pickup are provided. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from Sonoma to your delivery and pickup location. Please include any venue access restrictions in your request.
